As a direct marketing IT service company, Jumbo Co., Ltd. (“Jumbo”) considers that assuring the security of customers’ and our information assets is a lifeline for us, so we promote following measures.

Jumbo makes sure to protect customers’ and our information assets from a threat of nature, system and human.
Jumbo builds up its internal operation manual and rules, which include business and regal requirements and security obligations defined by the contracts, to assure the security of information assets and makes sure to practice them.
Jumbo builds up an organization to practice its manual and rules, and also creates a circumstance of risk management.
Jumbo continuously reviews and improves its manual and rules in line with the times and jobs, and tries to make it best.

As a company of direct marketing and Information processing, Jumbo recognizes the vital importance of information properties of ours and our customers’, and we have made efforts to ensure information security.

Along with the case relating to information security such as data breach and illegal access to computer system are having become a social problem recently, Jumbo acquired a certification of ISMS(Ver 2.0), which is a qualification certified by JIPDEC, in June 6th, 2006 in order to provide more relief to our customers and to strengthen our security system to manage information property more appropriately.

We will strengthen our information security system with practicing and managing ISMS so that we will become a more creditable company to others. At the same time, we sincerely make effort to provide more services and be able to meet your needs.

１．Our achievements: Jumbo was founded in 1973 and has been continuing our business. This is a result of our understanding to the importance of security.
２．Facility to protect security: Since we built our office building, we had equipped facilities to protect the security. All floors (1F to 7F) are used by our staffs only and each floors and rooms are controlled its entrance and exit by ID card.
３．Provide a consistent service: From data processing, data input/output, sending direct mail to store/discard information, we provide whole service by our consistent system.
４．Submission of written oath: When we make a contract for consignment of operation, we will submit written oath about protection and retention of personal information and confidential information.
５．Making operation manuals: We have made operation manuals by every operation, so that every staff can practice a certain level of service and protect security.
６．Job will be done in-house only: Most of the consigned jobs will be processed in-house. In case we consign to others, we will make a contract in compliance with the law, check the information security and work together by responsibility-taking system.
７．Using password and code: When we exchange data, we will use password and encrypted data.
８．Insurance for a contract for the consignment of operations and information leakage: We will buy insurance for the consignment of operations and information leakage so that we can carry out the task with responsibility.
９．Driving ISMS: As a certified company of ISMS, we will provide education of information management and security protection to establish higher level security system.
